Pinlock cleaning cloths are easy to use and remove dirt from any Pinlock-brand interior insert, as well as the helmet's exterior face shield.
This two-part package contains a single, biodegradable wet cloth to clean the lens and visor, and a dry cloth to wipe down and buff your visor clear of streaks and reflections.
This alcohol-free cleaning wet cloth is specifically formulated for the soft plastic of the Pinlock Insert. We recommend cleaning the Pinlock insert with it first, then while drying, use the rest of the otherwise single-use cloth to clean the face shield, and then even the exterior of the helmet, headlight, turn signals, etc.
Note: after applying the wet cloth, you'll find streaks and marks on the Pinlock insert and face shield. This normal, and what the dry cloth is for.
Use the clean dry cloth to buff clear any residue left from the wet cloth. Start with the Pinlock insert, as that's the most delicate. Then move the the helmet face shield, and then to any headlights/turn signals. If you start taking dirt and bug guts off with the dry cloth first, you may scratch the soft plastic of the Pinlock insert.
